Accounting Manager

HornBill has a client in search of an Accounting Manager in Boston, Massachusetts (MA). Essential Functions:

• Oversee and supervise accounting tasks
• Manage the general ledger processes
• Supervise the preparation and review of internal and external reports
• Monitor third party reporting and workflow processes
• Prepare financial and analytical reports
• Manage financial audits
• Manage the budget and reforecast process and scheduling
• Review journal entries, supporting schedules, account reconciliations, consolidations, and budget variance reporting
• Manage the production of debt compliance materials and lender financial reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
• 5+ years of real estate accounting experience
• Experience as an accounting manager within the real estate industry preferred
• Yardi experience preferred
• Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills
