Accounting Clerk - Autopark Honda

Autopark Honda is looking for an experienced accounting clerk to join their team and the Holman family! Job Duties: Review and process accounting transactions and incoming communications through the workflow system. Validate accounting and non-accounting transactions for accuracy and ensure timely posting. Process banking transactions, journal vouchers, check requests, and other required entries. Compile supporting documentation and assist with account reconciliations. Maintain accurate electronic records and file documentation as needed. Provide backup support for other functions within the accounting department. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. Relevant Experience: Accounting coursework and/or previous office experience Dealership accounting experience highly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Comfortable working with financial documentation and data entry.
