Job Details

The Accounting & Payroll Specialist is responsible for administering payroll operations and supporting full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. This role ensures accurate financial processing, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting. The position requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to coordinate with project managers, employees, vendors, and clients.

This is a hybrid position requiring periodic on-site attendance at our office in Alameda, CA.

Compensation for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary this position may be eligible for bonuses.
