About the Team

You'll join a team that is scaling as fast as the business it accounts for. We solve problems quickly, learn and improve as we go, and operate with positive intent, flexibility, and patience. This is a hands-on team that runs a monthly close and builds the process at the same time, so teamwork and clear communication matter as much as execution. We win together.

The Accountant, JV & VIE keeps the funding side of CoreWeave's joint venture arrangements moving. You will coordinate capital draw payments from request through funding, manage the draw calendar, prepare and track draw packages, and keep internal teams and JV partners informed of status and deadlines. This is a staff-level role and an excellent entry point into joint venture accounting. It suits someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and a confident communicator, and who is comfortable building relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders. This role sits within the Leasing, Joint Venture, VIE and Construction Accounting team and reports to the Manager, JV & VIE Accounting.

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $100,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
