You will be the primary subject matter expert for hedging strategies and derivative execution, partnering with internal stakeholders and external financial institutions to identify, assess, and mitigate financial market risks. You will also support treasury operations, liquidity management, and debt capital markets activities. You will report to the Assistant Treasurer and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA site. Hybrid Work Schedule.Key Responsibilities:Financial Risk Management & HedgingManage our hedging programs, including:Interest rate swaps and interest rate risk management activitiesProject-level cash flow hedging strategiesNet investment hedging programsForeign exchange exposure management and hedge executionMonitor market conditions, interest rate trends, foreign exchange markets, and other economic factors affecting usEvaluate financial risks and develop recommendations to mitigate exposure while supporting our goalsComplete derivative transactions and maintain associated documentation and reportingEnsure compliance with treasury policies and hedge accounting requirementsDevelop analytical models to monitor performance of risk management strategiesCapital MarketsSupport debt capital markets activities, including financings, refinancings, and ongoing debt portfolio managementHelp evaluate funding alternatives and capital structure strategiesPrepare financial analyses and presentations to support financing decisions and executive leadership reviewsCoordinate with banks, advisors, legal counsel, and other external partners on capital markets transactionsTreasury OperationsSupport liquidity management, cash forecasting, banking activities, and treasury operationsIdentify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and reporting capabilitiesPrepare recurring and ad hoc treasury reports for management and external stakeholdersSupport internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting requirements related to treasury activitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration degree preferred.Typically, 10+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, capital markets, financial risk management, or a related fieldCFA, CPA, CTP, or similar professional designation preferredWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
