Job Description: Responsibilities Advise clients on partnership, corporate, individual, trust, and estate tax matters across a variety of engagements and industries. Serve as the primary engagement leader responsible for client management, billing, realization, and collections activities. Define engagement scope, objectives, and methodologies while collaborating closely with client leadership to identify tax planning and advisory opportunities. Lead and perform final reviews of federal, state, local, foreign, corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns, estimated payments, and extensions. Monitor, interpret, and apply U.S. tax laws and regulations to support accurate and compliant tax filings. Provide technical leadership on complex tax matters and support resolution of engagement-related issues. Leverage technology, tools, and available resources to improve engagement quality, efficiency, and service delivery. Mentor, coach, and develop Managers, Seniors, and Staff across technical tax knowledge, client management, and engagement execution. Support business development activities including networking, client expansion, and new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted advisory support. Manage multiple client engagements and priorities while ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field required; EA Certification Mandate. CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) certification preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in U.S. Taxation required. Previous experience within a public accounting or professional services environment preferred. Strong knowledge of partnership, corporate and individual taxation. Minimum 4 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing team members. Experience supporting large, multi-state, and internationally active middle-market clients preferred. Strong business development and client relationship management skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, priorities, and deadlines effectively. Flexibility to travel as needed for client and business requirements.
