What The Role Entails 

The Tax Manager will play a key role in supporting CloudHQ’s domestic and international tax compliance, reporting, planning, and transactional activities. This individual will report to the SVP Global Tax and will work closely with other members of the tax team in addition to members of the Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of domestic and international transactions.  

The Tax Manager will serve as a key resource on U.S. federal, state, and international tax matters, with responsibility for tax compliance and reporting associated with partnerships, S corporations, individuals, foreign entities, and cross-border transactions. The Tax Manager will also support tax planning initiatives, analyze the tax implications of proposed transactions and entity structures, conduct tax research, assist with tax audits and inquiries, and coordinate with external tax advisors and other service providers.
