Position Summary:

Responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of the firm’s tax function across complex client portfolios—ranging from high-net-worth individuals to multi-entity and cross-border structures—while serving as a trusted advisor on advanced planning strategies, compliance, and regulatory change. Oversees a high-performing team, drives cross-functional collaboration, and delivers integrated, forward-thinking solutions that maximize after-tax outcomes and support long-term client objectives.

The compensation range for this role is $166,000 - 242,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Discretionary incentive compensation is based on firm, group, and individual performance.
