Exciting work awaits!Where: Our office hub locations of New York, Palo Alto, or Seattle – you will be required to be in office 1+ days per week in alignment with our office work policy.Why:  Spotnana is looking for a Tax Manager to build, scale, and operate our tax function as the company continues to scale. This person will own domestic and international tax compliance, create scalable processes and controls, partner with external advisors, and provide practical tax guidance to internal stakeholders. The right person has the judgment and experience to provide oversight, along with the humility and initiative to roll up their sleeves and handle hands on work that may not always sit at a typical manager level.How (to land the job!):  Our process is designed to help you get to know Spotnana while we get to know your technical expertise, problem solving approach, and collaboration style. You can expect conversations with Finance and Accounting leaders, cross functional partners, and members of our People team, with a focus on tax experience, ownership, communication, and values alignment.
