Based on regulatory developments, emerging risks, and organizational requirements, you will contribute to defining strategic compliance priorities and translate them into clear objectives, initiatives, and roadmaps.
KPIs, REPORTING, SYSTEMS & TOOLS

You will co-design global compliance reports, dashboards, and management information, providing reliable and decision-relevant information to senior stakeholders. Furthermore, you will drive the further development of compliance systems, tools, and data-driven processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and digitize global compliance management.
STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION & FRAMEWORK ENABLEMENT
As the global subject matter expert for compliance, you will work closely with Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Internal Audit, and other relevant departments to consistently embed our compliance framework throughout the company. You will provide practical methods, standards, and guidelines to support regional and local teams in effectively implementing global requirements. You will foster alignment, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across functions and markets, collaborating with external consultants as needed.
