Job Summary 

Kalidy seeks a Staff Accountant to provide a broad range of bookkeeping & accounting support for all related entities. This person will work collaboratively with the entire team and will report to the CFO and Accounting Manager. The accountant is responsible for recording timely and accurate financial transactions for accounts receivables, accounts payable, account reconciliations and financial statements. 

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounts payable and receivable duties.
• Assist CFO/Accounting Manager with period-end closings.
• Work directly with operational teams when needed.
• Bank & credit card account reconciliations.
• Processes daily bank deposits inside NetSuite/Oracle software.
• Working with third party software.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required, with 1-3 years professional experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Third party payroll processing experience desired.
• Construction/Real Estate/Finance experience is desirable.
• 10-key skill is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable and trustworthy. Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior.
