Staff Accountant I

This position will provide audit and tax services for not-for-profits, local governments, employee benefit plans, ESOPs, and privately-held companies,  as well as participate in ongoing educational opportunities including internal training sessions designed to assist in the development of business contacts and cultivating referrals.

Duties/Responsibilities:
•    Prepare smaller business and 1040 tax returns
•    Assist in audits of not-for-profits, local governments, employees benefit plans and ESOPs, and privately-held companies
•    Prepare tax returns for not-for-profits, and 1040 tax returns
•    Preparation of general client tasks including depreciation and T Value schedules
•    Special Projects

Education and Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
•    CPA license or in the process of pursuing
