What You’ll Do: • Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients • Provide tax and accounting services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits, estates, and trusts • Plan, prepare, and review tax returns • Meet directly with clients to cultivate strong, lasting relationships • Deliver a variety of non-attest services • Oversee and mentor staff, helping to develop future leaders within the firm What You’ll Need: • Four-year accounting degree • Active CPA license is a plus—but not required • 2-4 years of tax experience in public accounting is preferred • Ability to manage client relationships and oversee multiple engagements • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills • Confidence in explaining complex financial concepts to clients from all backgrounds • Farm t ax experience is a plus—but not required What Sets Us Apart: Busy Season Relief We know tax season can be intense—and we believe your career should support your life, not take it over.
