Job Summary
At CADY, our Accounting team is more than a back-office function—we are trusted business partners focused on providing accurate financial information that helps drive smart business decisions. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while helping build a scalable finance organization.
This position is an excellent opportunity for an accountant who enjoys ownership, continuous learning, and variety. You will be responsible for key areas of the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and balance sheet integrity. As CADY continues to grow, so will our Finance organization. We are looking for someone who is curious, accountable, detail-oriented, and excited to help build processes that support our long-term success.
Joining our team means you’ll be part of a growing company where Finance has a meaningful seat at the table, you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of accounting topics and business operations, and you’ll work directly with experienced finance leadership committed to mentoring and professional development. You’ll play an important role in building accounting processes that will support the next state of CADY’s growth and be part of a collaborative team that values accountability, continuous improvement, and having fun while delivering results.
