As a Sr. Procurement Project Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing procurement projects that drive efficiency, cost savings, and strategic alignment within the procurement function.
In this role, you will impact the successful delivery of procurement projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement projects from initiation through completion, including supplier selection, contract negotiations, and delivery oversight.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment with procurement strategies and organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within procurement projects
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in procurement and project management, demonstrating the ability to manage complex procurement projects effectively.
- Knowledge of procurement strategies, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency with procurement software tools and project management methodologies to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Ability to assess and mitigate procurement risks including supply chain disruptions and compliance issues.
