Job Description: Role Summary: The Sr. Financial Analyst will report to OneOncology's Manager, FP&A. This role will fill a key role within the OneOncology Finance organization, responsible for a wide range of activities including financial planning, forecasting, headcount management and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, critical thinking instincts, and effective communication skills. The candidate must be customer centric with the ability to navigate the demands of a rapidly growing, complex entrepreneurial environment where ingenuity, rather than precedence, drives how things should be done. Responsibilities: Build and manage corporate budget, forecast, and headcount models, working closely with department leads to set targets and goals Provide monthly reporting to department leaders, including variances to plan and forecast Provide other ad-hoc analysis as requested and/or deemed appropriate in support of company-wide strategic investments and initiatives Create, maintain, and improve reporting decks and dashboards, including Board-level reporting Assist with the development and implementation of standard processes within the department to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A team Partner closely with the corporate accounting team to increase visibility into budget and forecast, which will help enable a timely month-end close process Additional responsibilities as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer. Required or Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably Finance, Business, or Accounting) 2-4 years of professional experience Workday Adaptive Planning or other financial systems experience a plus Experience with AI a plus Essential Competencies: A proven track record of academic and professional excellence Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Must be detail-oriented, organized, and be able to work independently with project management skills and a problem-solving mindset Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Attendance is an essential job function.
