Position Summary The Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A will play a key role in supporting company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting. This role partners closely with finance leadership and department heads to deliver actionable financial insights and ensure high-quality reporting for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the FP&A group in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasting for domestic and international markets. Includes communicating with department heads and senior management; data input; preparing and distributing financial reports; contributing to the compilation of the annual budget and forecast packages; compiling supporting documents for presentation to the Board of Directors. Prepare and maintain monthly departmental P&Ls and executive reporting packages along with executive summaries and financial commentary related to variance analysis. Support delivery of ownership and board-level financial reporting materials. Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment analysis. Perform financial analysis as it relates to revenues, expenses, capital expenditures, cash flow, etc. as directed by management and department heads while seeking cost optimization and efficiency opportunities across the organization. Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as directed by FP&A management. Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between forecasts and actuals and support for month-end close review and analysis as needed. Stay abreast of current industry trends relevant to BMI’s business and use current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and service.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 4–8+ years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, comfort with ambiguity, ownership mindset, and executive presence Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, scenario analysis, or strategic finance Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders Experience working cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive Planning preferred) Experience with private equity backed firms a plus
