Title: Senior Tax Advisor

Compensation: $85,000–$115,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. 

Location: Plymouth, MN (Hybrid once onboarding in completed)

Lakeside HR Group has been engaged by our client to recruit a Senior Tax Advisor to join their growing team. Our client is a relationship-focused tax firm that helps individuals and business owners make informed financial decisions through accurate tax preparation, clear guidance, and proactive year-round planning.

This is an opportunity for an experienced tax professional who wants to do more than seasonal return preparation. The Senior Tax Advisor will manage a recurring client portfolio, lead client conversations, provide practical tax advice, and identify planning opportunities that create meaningful value. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role with significant client responsibility and the opportunity to help improve internal processes as the firm continues to grow.
