A Brief  Overview

The Operational Senior Risk Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating operational risks across the organization to support compliance, strengthen internal controls, and promote a sound risk culture. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business units, providing risk-based insights and recommendations that support strategic objectives while ensuring effective risk management practices.

The Operational Senior Risk Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate operational exposures, oversee risk assessments, monitor key risk indicators, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization's Operational Risk Management Framework.

·         Strong written and verbal communication for reports, presentations, in Spanish and English.

·         Prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate resources effectively.

·         Handle sensitive financial and personnel information responsibly with strong ethical values

          Ability to use Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), banking software, data security protocols, and digital platforms.

·         Strong analytic thinking capacity, problem solving, organized, committed to accuracy and details.
