Job Summary

The Risk Analyst supports the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), audit coordination, incident and corrective action governance, compliance assurance, and operational risk management activities through research, data analysis, and evidence-based risk assessment. This role serves as a central analytical resource for the Risk and Assurance team by researching regulatory requirements, enforcement actions, industry best practices, emerging risks, and control strategies to support informed organizational decision-making.

The Risk Analyst partners closely with the Director and Senior Manager of Risk and Assurance leadership and stakeholders across the organization to support all aspects of the enterprise risk lifecycle, including enterprise risk assessments, risk and incident intake and triage, root cause analysis, corrective action oversight, audit coordination, governance reporting, control evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This position requires strong research, critical thinking, writing, data analysis, and project coordination skills. A strong background in healthcare research, public health, compliance, policy analysis, or healthcare administration is highly desirable. Candidates with a Master of Public Health (MPH) or similar graduate education are encouraged to apply;, as the role requires the abilitythe successful candidate will be able to synthesize complex regulatory, operational, and public health information into actionable business recommendations.

Compensation Range: $77,500 - $102,600 / annually

This role is eligible for a base salary within the posted range. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation may vary for positions based in high cost-of-labor markets.
