Senior Procurement Manager / Analyst

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead procurement planning activities, including development of Statements of Work (SOW), IGCEs, and acquisition strategies.
- Oversee the preparation and review of procurement documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with FAR and DHS policies.
- Coordinate with contracting officers and program stakeholders to support timely and effective contract awards.
- Monitor procurement milestones and maintain acquisition tracking systems.
- Support subcontractor sourcing, evaluation, and performance oversight.
- Provide procurement status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure cost efficiency through market research, vendor competition, and contract optimization.
Required Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in acquisition, supply chain management, or a closely related discipline.
- Master’s preferred
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the following:
- In-depth understanding of federal procurement regulations and practices.
- Experience with DHS or DoD acquisition environments.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple complex procurement actions under tight timelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Positive adjudication from a CBP Background Investigation.
- Position requires some travel.
