Summary/objective

The Senior Pricing Analyst plays a key role in shaping isolved's pricing and packaging strategy to drive profitable growth and market competitiveness. This role leverages advanced analytics to evaluate pricing performance, model revenue impacts, and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making. Acting as a trusted advisor to sales, product, and leadership teams, the Senior Pricing Analyst helps ensure that isolved's solutions are optimally positioned to maximize revenue, customer adoption, and long-term retention.

Core Job Duties

Analyze pricing, product penetration, and attach rate trends to identify revenue opportunities and margin improvements

Develop and maintain complex financial models in Excel and Power BI to support pricing, packaging, and profitability analysis

Lead annual and ad hoc price increase modeling to balance revenue growth with customer retention

Partner with product, finance, and sales teams to evaluate and implement pricing strategies for new and existing offerings

Maintain and optimize pricing tools, price books, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency across the business

Provide actionable recommendations on pricing proposals and discount strategies to support sales and deal approvals

Deliver clear reporting and presentations that translate analytical findings into strategic insights for senior leadership

Support the creation of business cases for new pricing initiatives and provide data-driven guidance for go-to-market decisions

Job Complexity

As an expert in the field, uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters. Anticipates broad changes pertaining to their area of expertise and ensure isolved is always ahead of the curve.

Significant barriers to entry (e.g., top management review, approval) exist at this

level.

Interaction

Works on issues that impact design/selling success or address future concepts, products, or technologies. Creates formal networks with key decision makers and serves as external spokesperson for the organization.

Supervision

Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.

Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 12 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience.
