Summary
The Senior Payroll Administrator manages the entire day to day payroll process for 300+ team members, works closely with HR and other business partners on payroll-related matters. The Administration is responsible for resolving all payroll issues, prepares and reports on commissions, spiffs, works with the benefits team, and coordinates requests with internal and external auditors. In addition, this role will oversee the administration of the Company’s 401(k), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) plans.

Qualifications
- 5 + years of relevant experience required
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now required
- Basic knowledge of general accounting (debits, credits, journal entries, reconciliations) required
- Knowledge of 401(k) and Health Savings Account (HSA) administration
- Full cycle payroll experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially, Excel (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Problem-solving, time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Team player, but also self-sufficient.
