Aledade • Remote • Full Time

Posted on Thu, Aug 13, 2026

The Senior Manager, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting will be responsible for the preparation of US GAAP financials, with anticipated Form 10-K / 10-Q reporting in the future. This role combines technical accounting and SEC reporting leadership with hands-on ownership of the general ledger (GL) and month-end close, and will collaborate closely across internal departments to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Aledade’s financial results.

On the technical side, the Senior Manager will monitor current activity of the FASB, SEC, and other authoritative bodies to identify the impact of new pronouncements and comment letters on Aledade’s accounting policies and disclosures, researching US GAAP and documenting thorough analyses and accounting-treatment conclusions for technical matters including revenue recognition, share-based compensation, and other complex and non-routine areas. The role will also prepare and review lender-related communication and reporting packages, including covenant-compliance reporting under the Company’s credit agreements.

On the GL and close side, the Senior Manager will own and continuously improve core month-end close activities including the review of accruals, internal-use software capitalization, and balance sheet reconciliations and will drive automation and acceleration of the close, championing a faster, better-controlled, and more scalable financial-statement close as Aledade prepares for the demands of public-company reporting.
