Position Summary

The PCAOB has a full-time, regular position for a Senior Manager, Accounts Payable Operations at its Washington, DC headquarters office. The Senior Manager, Accounts Payable Operations will report to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Controller and will be responsible for the Accounts Payable function and for ensuring invoice processing and payments are properly approved, accurate, and made in a timely fashion.

This role will act as a subject matter expert for Workday Financials and Accounts Payable (AP) processes and will be responsible for analyzing payment performance, supporting internal controls, identifying automation opportunities, and driving continuous process improvement through technology, data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and innovation. The position will partner closely with colleagues across the Office of Finance, including Accounting, Procurement, Internal Controls, and other business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance the stakeholder experience.​​
