Senior Fund Accounting Officer

Manage the day-to-day accounting and administration of a portfolio of funds, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, NAV calculations, and timely financial reporting. Prepare year-end financial statements, regulatory filings (CSSF/BCL), VAT and subscription tax returns, while coordinating external audits and tax advisors. Act as a key client contact, providing high-quality service, resolving operational issues, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Support the launch of new fund structures, including SICARs and unregulated entities, and ensure compliance with internal controls and ISAE 3402 requirements. Mentor and support junior team members, oversee deliverables, manage competing deadlines, and contribute to process improvements and risk escalation. About you: Bachelor degree in Economics or Finance - ACCA is a great asset 4-6 years Accounting experience mainly in Private Equity and Real Estate services IFRS or Consolidation experience is a great asset Experience with Yardi or similar ERP is a plus Fluent in English, French and or German are desirable Exposure to LuxGAAP AND EVCA/INREV/IPEVC Guidelines are an asset  OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU AND THE ENVIRONMENT Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
