As a core member of our Real Assets Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. Your Role: Preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with local and industry-specific accounting standards (LUX, NL, UK GAAPs) Coordinating with SPV accountants to obtain and validate underlying data used in financial statement preparation Reviewing and challenging underlying accounting records, supporting schedules, and disclosures to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards and client-specific requirements. Maintaining and updating financial statement templates to reflect regulatory or client-specific requirements Performing quality control checks on draft financial statements prior to review by senior staff Delivering accurate and high-quality financial reports to clients worldwide Tracking and managing financial statement production deadlines to ensure timely delivery to clients Identifying, assessing, and communicating financial reporting risks, escalating significant issues to management when appropriate Coordinating and oversee the filing of annual accounts with the authorities, ensuring timely submission in compliance with local regulatory requirements Serving as contact for other Citco teams/client queries related to financial statements, collaborating effectively with managers, colleagues, and counterparties in a professional and proactive manner Drive process improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and standardization projects to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability within the financial statements function. Contribute to team planning, workload management, and resource allocation to ensure delivery of team objectives and client commitments. Assist managers with client onboarding, transitions, operational projects, and other strategic initiatives. About You: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline Experience in financial statement preparation and review Knowledge of Lux GAAP, NL GAAP or UK GAAP would be an advantage Fluent in English (written and spoken) Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence Willing to learn and able to adapt in new challenges Salary Ranges 1900 – 2580 EUR GROSS Our Benefits Your well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
