Senior Financial Analyst – Oci, Data Center Operations Finance

Within OCI Finance, this role will support the Data Center Operations organization, providing operational FP&A support across Oracle’s data center footprint. You will partner closely with Operations leaders on budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, operating expense management, and financial reporting, with a focus on understanding and managing key data center operating costs such as facilities, repair and maintenance, equipment maintenance, and other site-related expenses. This role will help translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that enable business leaders to manage costs, improve planning, and support the efficient operation and continued growth of OCI’s data center infrastructure. As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control. Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget. Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes. May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
