Position Overview:

The Sr. Financial Analyst provides regional financial leadership and strategic oversight for assigned Central and West region offices, with accountability for financial planning, forecasting, close support, reporting, acquisition integration, producer compensation review, and finance talent development. This role serves as a finance partner to regional, corporate, sales, operations, technology, M&A, and legal stakeholders by translating financial results and business trends into actionable recommendations that support growth, profitability, integration, and operating discipline. The position leads financial analysis, budgeting, performance management, and team development in alignment with company objectives, accounting standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. This role is intended for candidates located in the Eastern U.S. and will work closely with partners across the region.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000$120,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
