REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting, analytics/modeling, reporting
Must have experience supporting a CFO or senior executive management
Hyperion Essbase is a requirement.
Strong technical skills with MS Office suite – Word, advanced Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas), PowerPoint
Moderate proficiency with Oracle FP&A tools e.g. Planning/Forecasting tool
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines
Ability and willingness to "roll up your sleeves” and achieve results. Must be willing to get into the details.
Detail oriented with strong organizational discipline
Proven strategic planning and leadership skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
• Experience with Oracle, Essbase and Smartview strongly preferred
• Functional and technical subject matter expertise in the area of Operations from an accounting and finance perspective
