Senior Financial Analyst

About the Opportunity

Our client is a $500M+ revenue company with a diverse business across retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and licensing. They are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team and play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis.

What You'll Do

• Own and review monthly sales and margin forecasts across multiple business divisions and channels.

• Analyze actual results vs. forecast and budget, identifying trends and explaining key variances.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting and projections for senior management.

• Partner with division leaders to review financial performance and develop future forecasts.

• Lead the annual budgeting process and assist with Board-level presentations.

• Analyze inventory planning, forecasting, and reserves.

• Review chargebacks and supporting documentation prior to write-offs.

• Support internal and external financial audits.

• Work on special projects and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of financial analysis experience.

• Experience in e-commerce, wholesale, retail, or a similar environment preferred.

• Strong experience with forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

• Understanding of inventory costing, sales analysis, journal entries, and general ledger activity.

• Experience with an ERP system; SAP is a plus.

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• A curious, hands-on approach with the ability to identify problems, find solutions, and work collaboratively with business leaders.
