Senior Finance Systems Analyst (SAP/Ariba)

Direct Hire | $90,000 - $125,000 Base Salary (DOE)

Tech Partners is currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Systems Analyst on behalf of our client. This is a direct hire opportunity for a professional who enjoys partnering with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and IT teams to drive business process improvements and support enterprise financial systems.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with SAP environments, procurement processes, and cross-functional business analysis, along with the ability to lead application enhancements, system integrations, and transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do

As a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Finance and Procurement applications while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Audit, and IT stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for finance and procurement-related initiatives.
• Support and enhance enterprise applications, including SAP and related financial systems.
• Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and operational improvement.
• Assist with ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and system transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with managed service providers, vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and support activities.
• Manage application roadmaps, demand intake, prioritization, and governance activities.
• Support system integrations and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Participate in testing, change management, user training, and production support activities.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry best practices related to financial systems and enterprise applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 to 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience supporting Procurement processes across one or more ERP platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting, and Procurement business processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Finance experience, including Accounts Payable (FI-AP).
• Experience with SAP Ariba, including procurement and supplier lifecycle integrations.
• Experience supporting multiple ERP platforms and participating in ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Experience supporting S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar backlog and project management tools.
• Exposure to invoice automation platforms and workflow solutions.
• Experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.
