Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager

Contractor needed from end of August to end of October or longer to cover a leave of absence.

Location: Cherry Creek North, Denver, CO

In this role, you will be responsible for Corporate Accounting for a complex and medium sized company with multiple entities. 

• Month-end corporate close entries

• P&L flux analysis and review (in partnership with Corporate Finance team)

• Balance sheet reviews and account reconciliations

• Bill approvals (i.e. ensuring correct coding and tagging)

• Related-party / intercompany billing

• Audit workpaper preparation and support

• Additional duties as needed

• Interact with multiple teams and execs

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting
• 4-5+++ years of general accounting, some public accounting is a strong plus
• CPA is a strong plus
• Netsuite is a strong plus
