Position Summary

The Senior Accountant is responsible for daily accounting activities, accounts payable and receivable, payroll reconciliations, account reconciliations, and supporting month-end close processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their accounting career within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Oversee AP, AR, and payroll reconciliations.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Perform financial analysis and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
• Assist with multi-entity accounting and consolidation activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Experience managing month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
