Reporting to the Manager of Accounting & Financial Reporting, the Senior Accountant will support the Professional Tools Finance organization. In this role, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for general ledger accounting and account reconciliations, supporting the month end close and financial reporting cycle, serve as main point of contact for internal & external audits and internal controls, and perform other tasks as requested such as process improvement projects. This position will be located in either Rockford, Illinois or Elyria, Ohio.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $75,000-$95,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
