Our Company is currently experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking an experienced Sr. Accountant to join our accounting team. The Sr. Accountant will apply accounting principles to prepare financial reports, compile financial statement, and ensure financial compliance. The Sr. Accountant will also maintain and execute a variety of financial procedures, including month-end and year-end closings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, support tax returns, general ledger entries, budgeting, forecasting, and bank reconciliations.

[Job Description]
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Perform reconciliations and consolidations of financial Statement
- Ensure the accurate recording and posting of financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank, cash, and credit card transactions on a daily basis.
- Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules.
- Prepare and post adjusting journal entries for properties and consolidation.
- Review and process employee expense reports for accuracy.
- Perform the monthly and year-end financial close processes, including Ensuring all incurred costs are
properly recorded, preparing account balance reconciliations, Preparing and analyzing financial
statements.
- Develop and implement accounting procedures by evaluating current processes and recommending
improvements.
- Prepare variance analyses of financial statements against the budget.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audits and compliance.
- Assist in compiling information for the preparation of tax returns.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide accounting and reporting support for capital projects.
- Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.
- Exposure to IFRS is preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of general accounting experience.
