About the Position

• Lead the preparation and review of compilation, review and audit engagements
• Lead the preparation and review of tax filings for corporations, individuals, estates and trusts
• Prepare and present engagement findings and recommendations to firm leaders and clients
• Remain current on emerging business trends and evolving accounting standards
• Play an active role in the firm’s growth strategy by recognizing and pursuing opportunities to add value for existing and prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and timely communication
• Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to knowledge sharing and a collaborative team environment

About You

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a public accounting role
• Successful CFE writer and/or CPA designation preferred
• Experience with Financial Statement preparation for private businesses
• Ability to work well independently and collaborate with others
• Ability to find creative solutions to solving complex problems
