Risk Analyst - Digital/AI

Hello,

I have a new role for Hershey Co and its located in Hershey PA. They want hybrid – a few days a week and would prefer someone who is in the general area.

Rate is 70 to SBASE corp to corp. Long term contract

Risk Analyst – Digital/AI
The resource will be working with the Enterprise Risk Management group specifically in the areas of Privacy, Digital Risk and AI. They will be concentrating on tracking, compliance and regulatory issues as they relate to Privacy and AI. Working with Hershey's Legal group, the Risk Analyst with ensure complying with regulatory and ethical standards.
RESPONIBILITIES

• Support digital risk tracking and remediation planning processes, including proper controls and accountability
• Be an advisor to the business on Privacy risk and compliance for specific use cases, helping to develop proposed solutions to achieve desired business outcomes while upholding compliance
• Partner with data governance and InfoSec teams to establish enterprise data mapping to enable accurate risk management
• Manage digital risk assessment process including Privacy and AI, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate risk identification and assessment
• Review systems and processes for proper adherence to Hershey data retention, usage, and privacy/AI policies
• Develop privacy related reports for leadership and operational use
• Maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements such as Record of Processing Activities [ROPAs], Data Protection Impact Assessment [DPIAs], Transfer Impact Assessment [TIAs], High risk AI use cases
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with all departments and job levels across the enterprise
• Support the development of Privacy awareness & training materials for the enterprise
• Facilitate timely collaboration with risk domain owners and proper escalation on high-risk use cases

SKILLS

• 5+ years of experience as a Privacy/ Risk analyst
• 3+ years of working within an AI environment
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Experience leveraging task management systems such as Asana, Jira, Wrike, Rally or Microsoft Planner
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, work well in a demanding dynamic environment and meet overall objectives
• Experience with privacy and AI regulations including technology trends to enable the business on risk mitigation
• Experience managing risk assessment processes such as Privacy Impact Assessments [PIA], AI Assessments
• Experience working with enterprise Privacy SaaS tools such as OneTrust or equivalent specifically for PIAs, Risk Management, or Risk Intelligence
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with flowcharting tools, such as Microsoft Visio is a plus
