About You

You will support the revenue team’s close and process improvements while supporting acquisitions, partnering closely with teams across Accounting & Finance, Legal Sales, and Operations to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful results. This role is a foundational member of our global revenue accounting team. You will roll up your sleeves to develop and improve revenue accounting process in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

The position offers a hybrid schedule: you will work once a week onsite and four days on remote. Compensation package includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE 310) for you and your dependents, reimbursement for elegible wellness activities, English lessons, global and local events participation, within other benefits.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

• Review deals/sales orders in NetSuite to ensure deals are recorded and documented properly, and that documents are audit-ready.
• Review and approve revenue arrangements in NetSuite ARM for defined deal size.
• Partner with system teams to enhance revenue system utilization to improve process efficiency and revenue accuracy.
• Revenue month-end close and reconciliations.
• Identify bottlenecks, manual work, and automation opportunities in the revenue recognition and close processes.
• Assist with the external audit process and participate in and/or lead ad hoc projects with cross-functional impacts.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• 2+ years of revenue experience.
• Proficiency in NetSuite ARM system or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
