The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing the Company's gaming licensing and regulatory compliance activities across numerous jurisdictions. This position manages day-to-day licensing operations, supervises licensing personnel, coordinates regulatory investigations and audits, and ensures timely and accurate submission of licensing applications, renewals, reports, and regulatory responses. The Regulatory Compliance Manager serves as a key liaison between Galaxy Gaming, regulatory agencies, and internal departments while maintaining the Company's reputation for regulatory integrity and compliance excellence. This position also supports due diligence activities, regulatory research, strategic business initiatives, and departmental planning.
This position is 4 days in office in Las Vegas and 1 day telework.
Essential Job Functions
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding licensing and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to Licensing Compliance Analysts, including reviewing work product for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Stay current on rules, regulations, legislative developments, and regulatory agency guidance applicable to the Company's licensed operations.
- Monitor Gaming Board and Commission meetings and communicate relevant regulatory developments to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare, review and facilitate the timely submission of gaming license applications, renewals, registrations, and related regulatory filings by researching requirements, completing and reviewing application materials, coordinating supporting documentation, communicating with regulatory authorities, and obtaining required approvals.
- Research, collect, and analyze information necessary to determine initial and ongoing licensing and regulatory requirements in existing and prospective jurisdictions.
- Manage regulatory audits, inquiries, investigations, deficiency letters, and other requests from gaming authorities, ensuring timely and complete responses.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of licensing applications, regulatory submissions, and supporting documentation prior to filing.
- Prepare and maintain corporate exhibits, organizational charts, ownership disclosures, and other documentation required for company licensing and regulatory approvals.
- Coordinate with Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Operations, Product Compliance, and other departments to obtain information required for regulatory filings, disclosures, audits, and recurring reporting obligations.
- Forecast licensing renewals, application activity, reporting requirements, and resource needs to ensure timely regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate licensing information for the Company and licensed individuals, including expiration dates, renewal timelines, approvals, and reporting obligations.
- Maintain confidentiality, security, and accuracy of corporate, personal, and regulatory information.
- Manage escalations involving employee licensing requirements and ensure required documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
- Assist with due diligence investigations and compliance reviews involving prospective customers, distributors, vendors, business partners, and employees by gathering, analyzing, and documenting information to support regulatory and business decision-making.
- Support departmental budgeting, resource planning, process improvement initiatives, and strategic compliance projects.
- Assist with licensing and regulatory compliance activities related to mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings, market expansions, and other strategic business initiatives.
- Achieve aggressive licensing, reporting, and inquiry response deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge & Job Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board ("NGCB") and any other required licensure, registration, or approvals in other gaming jurisdictions where the Company conducts business.
- Thorough understanding of gaming licensing and regulatory requirements applicable to manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, key employees, and corporate entities.
- Experience with individual (Principal Employee/Key Employee) and corporate gaming licensing.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple licensing and regulatory compliance projects across numerous jurisdictions.
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and submitting complex licensing applications, regulatory disclosures, and other regulatory filings.
- Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and apply regulatory requirements while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
- Experience communicating and coordinating with regulatory agencies and responding to regulatory inquiries, audits, investigations, and deficiency requests.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills, including the ability to guide and support team members on complex licensing matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with regulators, executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive corporate and personal information.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and perform effectively in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Professional.

Education/Skills
- A minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in gaming licensing, regulatory compliance, or a related field with a gaming operator, supplier, manufacturer, distributor, law firm, or regulatory authority.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a related field and/or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Experience leading projects, mentoring employees, or supervising staff is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Database Systems such as NetSuite and ArdentSky a plus.
- General knowledge of gaming manufacturing preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
- Must occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery, etc.
- Constantly use hands/fingers to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, etc.
- Must frequently use close, color and depth vision
- Occasionally will need to reach with hands and arms, lift up to 10 pounds, climb/balance, stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl and taste and smell
