Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Region CFO, you will be responsible for the comprehensive and strategic management of our region's financial operations. You will provide crucial executive leadership across all aspects of finance, driving fiscal health and strategic growth.
Every day, you will oversee and provide dynamic leadership in patient financial services, ensuring efficient and effective revenue cycles. You will also spearhead both short and long-term financial planning, capital and operational budgeting, and strategies for capital accumulation and corporate diversification. A core part of your role will involve optimizing revenue generation and meticulously managing expenses, utilizing advanced financial analysis to inform critical decisions. You will direct financial operations and leverage information systems to enhance efficiency and reporting. Furthermore, you will hold overall responsibility for recommending financial policies and developing relevant operational procedures, ensuring robust financial governance and compliance.
To be successful in this role, you will possess extensive experience in senior financial leadership within a complex organizational structure, demonstrating a proven track record in all facets of finance management, including financial planning, budgeting, revenue generation, and expense control. You will exhibit exceptional strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for executive leadership. Strong leadership and communication skills, coupled with an unwavering commitment to financial integrity and operational excellence, will be essential in guiding our financial strategy and ensuring sustainable growth.
