- Maintain ultimate oversight of budgeting and financial planning, including review and approval of annual budgets, forecasts, and significant revisions.
- Oversee enterprise-level cash management, treasury, investments, lines of credit, reserves, and liquidity strategy in collaboration with the Executive Director and Board.
- Maintain primary responsibility for external financial relationships (auditors, banks, investment managers, regulators) and oversee the annual audit, remaining engaged on scope, findings, and resolution.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial and regulatory filings (including IRS Form 990) and oversee compliance with financial regulations, funder requirements, and Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200).
- Assess the financial implications of new programs, contracts, and funding opportunities to support executive and board decision-making; represent the organization in financial matters with external stakeholders and partners.
- Attend required agency trainings (e.g., trauma-informed care, de-escalation) and follow all safety, security, and attendance protocols
Supervisory Responsibilities
