What you'll do:

Categorize transactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records.

Match receipts and supporting documentation to the corresponding transactions.

Enter and update client payment information in QuickBooks.

Assist with account reconciliations and recurring monthly bookkeeping processes.

Maintain organized bookkeeping files and follow established workflows and procedures.

Support administrative bookkeeping tasks as needed.
What you must have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with QuickBooks.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow established processes.
A great plus:

WordPress skills or experience managing content and administrative tasks on WordPress sites.

Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related administrative role.

Experience working with spreadsheets and financial data.
-
Prior exposure to U.S.-based clients or firms.
