ADVERTISING TITLE: Purchasing Analyst

This open competitive advertisement is for a Career Service position located at Central office in the Bureau of Procurement.

This position’s purpose is to manage the Department’s contracts by drafting documents, monitoring renewals, facilitating negotiations, resolving disputes, maintaining records, supporting staff and external partners, compiling data, overseeing projects, and ensuring procurement compliance to meet departmental goals.

This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.

BACKGROUND SCREENING REQUIREMENT:
