Property Accountant

The Property Accountant reports to the Accounting Manager is responsible for the financial closing and reporting of a multiple partnership portfolio, including the analytical review and reconciliation of all entities in the portfolio in compliance with US GAAP and the MidPen Policy and Procedures for Financial Reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are , as the Property Accountant will work with a variety of team members in Property Management, Asset Management, and Resident Services as well as the management team at MidPen. This position is also responsible for communicating financial results to all levels in the organization.

Pay Range

$80,000 - $90,000 Annual Salary - Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications
