 WORKING TITLE: PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANT SUPERVISOR

This open state advertisement is for a SES (Selected Exempt Service) position located at Central Office in the Office of Finance & Accounting in Tallahassee, Florida. This position acts as the Quality Assurance Review section and Mail Distribution and Invoice Preparation section Supervisor.

The mission statement of Finance & Accounting is to provide accurate, timely, and transparent financial services and support that enable effective resource management, ensure fiscal accountability, and promote the financial integrity of the organization.

JOB DUTIES:

The incumbent in this position plans, directs, monitors, and supervises the Quality Assurance Review operations and the Mail Distribution and Invoice Preparation operations of the Department which includes analyzing and monitoring the Bureau of Finance and Accounting’s disbursements and accounting processes and related accounting activities.
