As a Production Finance Assistant Accountant, you will support the financial oversight and management of Apple TV productions. You will play a vital role in our creative process by ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.In this role, you will assist in the financial management of budgeting, reporting, and daily production activities for Apple TV. You will collaborate closely with production stakeholders and accounting teams to ensure adherence to policies while maintaining organized financial records.Assist in the financial management of budgeting, reporting, and daily production activity.\\nPrepare budget comparisons, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.\\nTrack tax credit payments and the timing of receipts.\\nSupport foreign cash flow forecasting processes.\\nCoordinate production show setup, including accounting systems software.\\nEnsure production requests adhere to Production Finance policies and procedures.\\nMaintain organized production digital file systems, cost-to-date reports, and activity logs.\\n2 or more years of experience in production accounting or finance roles.\\nExperience with production accounting software (such as Smart Accounting or PSL) and Microsoft Excel.\\n3+ years of experience in production accounting or finance roles\\nKnowledge of tax credit tracking and foreign cash flow forecasting.\\nExperience setting up and coordinating production accounting systems.\\nAbility to collaborate cross-functionally and build working relationships with production stakeholders and accounting teams.\\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.\\nAbility to organize information, solve problems, and maintain attention to detail.\\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic production environment.\\n
