About the Role

Part-Time with Potential to Transition to Full-Time

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Procurement Specialist to support and strengthen our Canadian procurement function.

This role will initially be structured on a part-time basis, with strong potential to transition into a full-time position as our Canadian operations and procurement needs continue to grow.

The successful candidate will play an important role in connecting our Canadian business with our Headquarters Procurement team. This person will be expected to learn and understand our global procurement processes, navigate the complexities of cross-border collaboration, and help ensure that local Canadian business needs are addressed effectively within the broader corporate procurement framework.

At the same time, we are looking for someone who can bring strong Canadian market knowledge and local expertise in procurement, vendor management, sourcing, and contract administration. The role requires someone who can balance global processes with local requirements and help build practical, efficient, and scalable procurement practices for Canada.

The ideal candidate is organized, commercially minded, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working across different teams, cultures, processes, and time zones. Mandarin Chinese is considered a strong asset given the significant interaction with our Headquarters team.

This position is expected to begin on a part-time basis, but it has clear potential to develop into a full-time role as the Canadian business grows and procurement volume increases.

As the function develops, the successful candidate may take on broader ownership of local sourcing, vendor management, contract lifecycle management, procurement governance, process improvement, and strategic supplier relationships.
