As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Procurement Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring a reliable, cost-effective, and resilient supply network that supports our business ambitions.

As Procurement Specialist, you will manage purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and procurement processes that keep our supply chain running efficiently. You'll work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Finance to ensure supply continuity while identifying opportunities to improve cost, service, and operational performance.

What You'll Do

Own Procurement Execution

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from purchase order creation through delivery and receipt.
• Ensure the timely and accurate procurement of materials and products required to support business operations and customer demand.
• Monitor open orders, proactively manage delivery risks, and coordinate corrective actions when supply issues arise.

Manage Supplier Relationships

• Build strong partnerships with suppliers and supply partners to ensure reliable service, quality, and performance.
• Track supplier delivery commitments and resolve issues related to lead times, availability, or order execution.
• Support supplier performance reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive Cost, Service & Inventory Performance

• Balance cost efficiency, product availability, and inventory objectives through effective purchasing decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance, optimize spend, and reduce operational inefficiencies.
• Support sourcing initiatives and procurement projects that create long-term business value.

Deliver Data-Driven Insights

• Analyze purchasing activity, supplier performance, inventory trends, and procurement KPIs.
• Maintain accurate procurement data and develop reports that support informed decision-making.
• Leverage SAP, Excel, and reporting tools to improve visibility and drive operational improvements.

Improve Processes & Ways of Working

• Help identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency.
• Support the implementation of best practices, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to building a resilient, scalable, and high-performing procurement function.

Profile

What We're Looking For

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent are a plus.
• Additional training in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, inventory management, or data analytics is advantageous.

Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or a related operational function.
• Hands-on experience managing purchase orders, supplier communications, and procurement activities within an ERP environment.
• Strong understanding of purchasing processes, supplier management, inventory concepts, lead times, and supply continuity.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, suppliers, and transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, or international supply networks.
• Experience in automotive, lubricants, chemicals, manufacturing, industrial distribution, consumer products, or other fast-paced product-based environments is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookups, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and reporting tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with project and task management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
