Job Summary

Southend Pharmacy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support the sourcing, purchasing, and timely delivery of pharmaceutical materials, supplies, packaging, equipment, and operational services. This role is responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, processing purchase orders, supporting inventory availability, and ensuring procurement activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced pharmacy environment and possesses strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Please note that this afternoon shift schedule is Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM; however, hours may be adjusted based on business needs, and flexibility in availability is expected to support teams and operational demands.
